Helping you feel better, live deeper and explore the world - inside and out.
Helping you feel better, live deeper and explore the world - inside and out.

Travel has always been a part of my story - but it’s not the whole story.
What really drives me is helping people feel good in their own skin and rediscover who they are beneath the noise of everyday life.
After more than 15 years in the travel world, I began weaving what I’d learned about adventure and connection into a deeper kind of journey. One that blends travel with personal growth. For the past seven years, I’ve been guiding women and men through life coaching and travel experiences built around food freedom, mindset shifts, confidence building, and real-life transformation.
I’ve watched people drop the all-or-nothing mentality, make peace with their bodies, and finally choose a life that feels like theirs. Sometimes that looks like journaling and morning walks. Sometimes it looks like booking a flight to Bali. It’s all connected.
My philosophy is simple: nourish your body, challenge your mind, feed your soul and don’t forget to live a little while you’re at it. Whether I’m hosting a global retreat or running a mindset call from my kitchen table, I bring the same energy. Honest, soulful, and a little bit cheeky. Growth shouldn’t feel like pressure. It should feel like coming home.

Let’s make your next journey effortless, inspired, and unforgettable.

For years, I treated food like the enemy always chasing the next “fix.” I had constant migraines, unpredictable skin flare-ups, and zero energy, even though I was doing everything right. I cut carbs, counted calories, drank the green juices and still felt awful. The turning point came when I stopped trying to eat perfectly and started eating intuitively. When I began nourishing my body with real, colourful food (meals that actually looked alive) everything changed. My migraines eased, my skin calmed, and I started feeling like myself again.
Now, food is a love language. It’s how I connect with myself and the world. Travelling taught me that balance isn’t found in restriction, it’s found in rhythm. You don’t skip the gelato in Italy, you just make sure that at least one meal that day bursts with colour - a big salad in Rome, grilled veggies on the Amalfi Coast, fresh fruit from a street cart in Sicily. It’s about adding goodness in, not cutting joy out.
At Our Journey Book, food isn’t about labels or rules. It’s about how it makes you feel. Eat the pasta, order the smoothie, pour the wine! Just do it with awareness and appreciation. Because when you fuel your body with intention, you give yourself the freedom to fully experience life. Every flavour, every culture, every bite.

Your mind is the engine behind every great adventure on the road and in life. The truth is, you can eat all the greens and hit every workout, but if your thoughts are running on self-doubt and fear, you’ll stay grounded when you’re meant to fly.
For years, I thought mindset work meant repeating affirmations and forcing positivity. Now I know it’s not about pretending everything’s perfect . It’s about choosing better thoughts, even when things aren’t. It’s catching yourself mid-spiral and saying, "Actually, I’ve got this.” “It’s setting goals that excite you, not exhaust you, and believing you’re capable long before the results show up.
Travel has a funny way of proving this. Miss a flight? You adapt. Get lost in a new city? You find something better than what you planned. The same mindset applies to life - flexible, curious, and open to the detours that lead somewhere beautiful.
At Our Journey Book, mindset isn’t about toxic positivity. It’s about perspective. The belief that growth doesn’t come from control, it comes from trust. And when you start to see challenges as part of your journey, not roadblocks, that’s when life really starts to open up.

Movement doesn’t have to mean marathons or gym selfies. It’s any moment that reminds you you’re alive. For years, I thought exercise had to be structured, intense, and measured. Now I see it as something far more personal - a way to reconnect with my body, release stuck energy, and feel at home in my skin again.
Some days that looks like stretching between Zoom calls or rolling your shoulders after hours at a laptop. Other days it’s a walk around the lake, feeling your feet hit the ground and your breath slow to its own rhythm. And then there are days you’re halfway across the world, dancing barefoot on a beach, realising movement isn’t punishment it’s permission.
Travel reminds us that movement is freedom. Climbing temple stairs, wandering markets, swimming in new oceans. Every step becomes a reminder of what our bodies can do when we care for them, not just push them.
At Our Journey Book, we believe in moving with intention, not obligation. Stretch, walk, dance, explore! Whatever makes you feel alive in your body and connected to your life. Because when you move from love, not pressure, your whole world starts to move with you.
Let’s see where this journey goes, exploring the possibilities of global adventures that focus on the mind, body, and soul.
